The room is relatively small, but they keep it immaculately clean and the staff clearly take pride in their work. It was serviced every day except Sunday which is new to me in a similar price hotels. It’s also far cleaner than similar hotels. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and thorough. I can’t commend them highly enough from reception to the cleaners. The only downside to the rooms is they don’t have a microwave or cooking facilities but there is a guest cooking facility in the hotel. The area around the hotel has a very nice village atmosphere with pubs, restaurants and convenience stores and open spaces. It’s also close to the number 57 Tram. My stay is 4 nights and I found this hotel to be a very pleasant surprise. I’ll be more than happy to stay here again.

Such a lovely place with a lovely staff ! Perfect location near the Victoria market and the tram. We had a full week here with a room done everyday and I really appreciate that. This hotel isn’t the most quiet because they have a lot of school coming but it’s ok not a big deal. Thank you so much Miami hotel staff we really enjoyed our visit.

Visitor from New Zealand here! Excellent location, we could walk and tram all over the city. Great room, had everything we needed, very clean and fresh. Rooms equipment with fridge, TV, Aircon etc. Really lovely staff. Would certainly book Miami again upon return.

Outstanding experience all around. The hotel was spotless, the décor elegant, and the staff incredibly kind. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, especially the breakfast. The pool was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The hotel’s location was convenient yet peaceful. I also appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to help me plan my local activities. This is exactly how hospitality should be — flawless and warm!

Very good place for a small budget! Everything was clean, we got new towels every day and were happy to be able to do laundry and cooking on our own. Even tough i think the walls are not so thick it was not noisy

Summary: A great budget friendly place to stay with excellent facilities and genuinely friendly staff. Review: Had a wonderful stay at the Miami Hotel. All of the staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made such a difference to our experience. The communal kitchen was fantastic and very well set up with microwaves, a stovetop, and plenty of cutlery, bowls, chopping boards, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The communal lounge area was also lovely and comfortable, a really nice space to relax. Our room was very tidy and well maintained, and having a small fridge in the room was a great bonus. We did have an issue with the fridge, but the staff were incredibly friendly and replaced it promptly with no fuss at all. Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities and outstanding service. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

This is a fantastic and budget friendly stay. Yes, the house and rooms are a bit older but who cares - we want to explore the city and not sit in the hotel all day!:) Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and we even had a fridge and a TV. Staff is super friendly as well. A short walk to the Queen Victoria Market and the free tram zone.

I can recommend this hotel. It's in a pleasant location close to Queen Victoria Market and also North Melbourne Station. The rooms are plain but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Linen and towels are changed everyday and the bed was made with tight hospital corners. Reminded me of childhood. There's a well equipped communal kitchen that is without fridges because each room has one. Reception were friendly and helpful always and are available 24/7. This is my first time in Australia and the Miami was just what I needed after a long journey.
